Are there any upfront costs?

No, there are absolutely no upfront costs for any of our services. We recoup our fees from the proceeds of the home sale and estate liquidation.

What if I live out of state and can’t come to Arizona?

We specialize in working with out-of-state clients. If you’re unable to travel, we’ll conduct a full video assessment of the home and its contents, making sure to prioritize any heirlooms or valuable items for shipping. We’ll handle everything from start to finish, so you don’t have to worry.

How do estate sales and auctions work?

We offer both in-home estate sales and online auctions, depending on the contents of the home. Our online auctions reach a wide audience, and we also provide an off-site sales option for larger or high-value items. You receive 50% of all sales profits.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Peoria, and the surrounding Phoenix metro area. However, we can manage estates throughout Arizona.

What if the home is behind on maintenance?

We can help! If the property is behind on repairs or maintenance, we’ll arrange to bring it up to date, ensuring it’s market-ready for the best possible sale price.

Do you handle complicated estates or properties in probate?

Yes! We are experienced in navigating complicated estates, including properties in probate. Whether it’s dealing with legal paperwork, wills, or financial issues, we can help simplify the process and relieve your stress.

What if the home contains valuable items or heirlooms?

We take special care to assess and identify valuable items, especially family heirlooms. If you’re out of state, we’ll arrange for these items to be shipped to you or stored as needed.

Can you help with funeral arrangements or the handling of remains?

Yes, we provide full-service support, including assistance with cremation or burial arrangements if needed. We’re here to ensure that every aspect of the transition is handled with care and respect.
